The Garden

Ongoing brand care for founders who don't slow down.

If you've already sat with me in The Parlor, you know what it took to build your brand. The late nights over Notion boards, the proofs you approved at midnight, the moment your brand finally looked like it was telling the truth about you.

If you haven't sat with me yet, you've already heard enough from a friend, a feed, a blog post to know that whatever I build doesn't come with an expiration date built in.

Either way, you're here for the same reason. You built something worth protecting, and you don't have the hours in a week to protect it the way it deserves.

The Garden is where that protection happens. Quietly, on a schedule, without you.

If your brand still needs its foundation, start with The Parlor. If the foundation is there and you need someone to maintain it, you're in the right place.

What is this?

A brand isn't a logo you approve once and forget. It's a living thing — the caption you post on a Tuesday, the table display at a pop-up, the pitch deck you send to a partner who's never met you in person. Every one of those moments is either reinforcing the world you built or quietly working against it.

Most founders don't have the bandwidth to catch every one of those moments. You're running the business the brand was built to hold. So the inconsistencies creep in like weeds — a caption that doesn't sound like you, a deck that looks like it was assembled at midnight, a table display that's two seasons out of date because nobody had time to update it.

The Garden exists so none of that falls on you. It's ongoing brand management and marketing. With monthly content and campaign support, brand oversight across your channels, and physical presentation materials.

This isn't a smaller version of The Parlor, and it's not what you settle for if you can't afford the full engagement. This is for brand worlds that have already been defined. You bring set copy and brand assets. I tend to the world, so it stays intact. And make decisions based on your guidelines, established positioning, and brief consultations based on project needs.

Most of that tending happens month to month. If you need focused help on one deadline-driven project instead — an event, a campaign, a single presentation — that's Design Sprint, not a subscription.

How this works.

Before starting your subscription, we'll get on a forty-five-minute call. To go over the world you've built — your values, your positioning, what makes your ideal customer choose you over someone cheaper or more convenient, and where the cracks are starting to show. That conversation is where the work begins, not the design software.

There are no preset packages or project minimums. You tell me what you need — through Notion or Slack, whichever you already use — and I send back a timeline based on the amount of work required. I design and organize everything with your existing brand guidelines. If you don't have guidelines yet, that's fine. I can build them as we go by documenting what's working and refining what isn't, so the next request starts from something solid instead of nothing.

You review the work and leave notes on your own schedule, not mine. Then you move on with your day. Post it. Send it. Print it. Whatever it needs to become in the world, you have the legal right to use and distribute it as your own, because it already is.

No micromanaging or re-teaching someone your brand from scratch every few months. Just consistent, strategy-led support for one flat fee, from someone who already knows the world you built while you focus on what's growing.

What's inside?

The Garden covers the range of assets a founder in retail, hospitality, or entertainment regularly needs — not as a preset package, but as a living scope that flexes with the business. Every request includes three rounds of revisions, so review and notes are already built into the timeline, not an extra you have to negotiate for.

Bring it to the call if it's brand-related, such as a marketing strategy, a website overhaul, or something that doesn't neatly fit into one of the categories above. We can talk it through. And if it's not something I can help with directly, I'll help you find someone who can.

Why trust me?

For eight years, I worked in-house for a nonprofit that ran brand events and conferences constantly — fundraising through table setups and merch sales at bars, concerts, festivals, and corporate events, a lot of which I designed myself. I managed other designers, videographers, and photographers, and worked alongside marketing and education staff who all needed the brand to hold together across wildly different rooms. A table display at a metal show and a slide deck in a boardroom have almost nothing in common except the logo — and the logo has to survive both.

That's where "systems that hold up under real conditions" stopped being a phrase and started being a job description. I know where brands actually break down under pressure because I spent eight years watching it happen in real time, not in theory — and what it takes to keep them standing instead.

The Garden isn't a side service I offer to fill gaps in my calendar. It's the second half of the same philosophy that runs The Parlor. Build the world properly, then tend it properly. One doesn't work without the other.

If you've worked with me before.

You already know what that precision looks like. You watched it get built. The question now isn't whether the work is good — you have proof of that sitting in your brand guide. The question is whether you want someone still watching the door after the build is finished, catching the small drifts before they become a rebrand you'll need in eighteen months.

If you found this searching for help.

You don't know my process yet, and I'm not going to pretend that doesn't matter. What I can tell you: this wasn't built as a cheaper way in the door. It was built for the exact situation you're probably in right now — a brand that already exists, that needs someone paying attention to it who isn't you. Come in, and if a full rebuild turns out to be the better move, you'll already know how I work by the time we get there.

Who is this for?

Founders who have a brand — built by me, or someone else — and don't have enough hours in the week to keep it consistent. You're not looking to reinvent anything right now. You want your business to stay recognizable while you're busy running it.

This isn't for someone whose brand is misaligned with their business or doesn't exist yet. That's architecture work. Go to The Parlor. The Garden maintains a world. It doesn't build one from nothing.

Why this works.

The specificity that makes your brand feel like it was made for someone is what creates belonging. But it erodes the second the presentation starts slipping, or something goes out that could've come from anyone. I can help you keep that specificity from quietly wearing down.

That consistency is what turns a brand into something a customer trusts without thinking. Every time your presence matches what they expect, you're proving this business knows who it is. That quiet trust is cumulative, and it disappears the moment the pieces don't match.

And when you're not the one checking every asset, proofing every caption, and rebuilding every deck at midnight, you get your week back. Not metaphorically. Actual hours, back in your actual calendar, to put back into your business, or that book that's been sitting on the shelf for god knows how long.

Frequently asked questions

How much time will this take?

You approve work and provide direction when it's convenient via Notion or Slack, but you're not project managing. Most clients spend 30 minutes to an hour a week on feedback and requests.

What if my brand is a mess right now?

That's fine. I offer Brand Identity Services if your brand needs structure before we start. Or we can work with what you have and build guidelines as we go. Either way, I'll flag what's working and what needs tightening during our first brand audit.

Can you help me find the weak spots?

Yes. Brand audits are included to assess where your positioning, visuals, and messaging could be stronger. You'll get a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and where to focus first.

How fast will I get my materials?

Most requests come back within two weeks or more, depending on the size of the request. If you have a hard deadline attached to a single project, Design Sprint is built for exactly that — a fixed timeline instead of an open request queue.

How will you adapt to my audience and market?

Before we start, I'll ask who your customers are, what cultural context matters to them, and what genuinely sets you apart. The goal isn't to make your brand look professional. It's to make it look like the most compelling version of itself and speak to the people you're trying to reach.
